Random second grade amusement for the day:
Today I was reading Goldilocks and the Three Bears to my class and discussing "just right" books. When I looked up I saw this scene in front of me: a little boy, sitting with his legs crossed, bent over, biting his sock, and using his teeth to lift his leg up off the ground.
Seriously?!?
I couldn't even control the laughter!
that beats the cartwheel story. lol.
